Production Operator

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Secure Production Operator III at our secure manufacturing facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is responsible for operating complex machinery and handling sensitive materials to produce high-security items.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-security production equipment.

• Follow strict security protocols when handling sensitive materials and personal data.

• Perform routine machine checks, maintenance, and troubleshoot basic issues.

• Partner with the quality assurance team to uphold production standards.

• Document production details and maintain accurate material usage records.

• Access and follow daily production files and schedules.

• Deliver necessary materials to workstations to meet production goals.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the manager.

• Operate personalization or mailing machines as trained.

• Perform basic data entry using Excel.

• Communicate concerns to the Operations Manager.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating advanced machinery.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to mentor entry-level operators.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Able to stand for long periods and work independently.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Must pass a background check and drug test.
