Opened in August 2025, Trino has quickly established itself as one of the city’s premier dining destinations, earning Eater’s Best New Restaurant of 2025 for its innovative Latin-inspired steakhouse experience.
We’re seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager who is passionate about leadership, guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, help shape the future of an award-winning restaurant, and grow with an expanding hospitality group.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of management experience in upscale or chef-driven restaurants
- Proven leadership in high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service standards
- Experience managing labor, budgets, scheduling, and financial performance
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives on the floor
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
