How you'll make an impact

Position Summary:

Specializes in data architecture for reporting services, and design expertise in data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence (BI) enterprise reporting.

Key Responsibilites:

• Identifies ways to increase the use of BI within the firm, designing endtoend BI solutions that provide insights and information for key decisionmakers.
• Performs complex data research and analysis quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources to support business operations.
• Researches and applies knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions.
• ENTRY: Applies broad theoretical sub-function knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• Work is closely supervised.
• May require the following proficiencies: Facing IT function related problems that are not typically difficult or complex. Explaining facts, policies and practices related to job area. Grows capabilities and skillsets in within IT Function

About You

Required:

• Typically requires a University Degree and up to 2 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• Data analysis and transformation
• Data visuzalization and presentation
• Problem solving
• Insurance industry knowledge
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Statistical analysis
• Basic programming knowledge

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
