Accounting Assistant
- Enter vendor invoices accurately into our accounting software
- Verify invoice details and flag any discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records
- Perform other light administrative tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
- Prior experience with accounting software is a plus, but not required
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Part-time
- Flexible schedule within normal business hours
