Production Supervisor, Nights

• Shift: Sunday-Thursday 12pm-10:30pm. Flexible hours may be required based on business needs.

• Expected Pay Range: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

• Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate production operations for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.
• Manage shift operations to maximize capacity, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the primary safety contact for the shift by identifying hazards, addressing incidents, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Control, and Production leadership to support sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance and ensure accurate completion of all production-related documentation.
• Lead, train, and oversee shift employees, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and daily work direction.

What You'll Bring

• One or more years of supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred and demonstrated competencies in integrity, accountability, reliability, cooperation, and initiative.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull sizeable equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
• Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoor environments depending on the assigned area.
• Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties, and the ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
