Key Responsibilities:

• Audits the accuracy of complex billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems.
• Develops solutions to billing issues and works with systems design to implement new features.
• May test new features of the billing system.
May perform one or more of the following billing operations functions
• - general billing operations, policy compliance, systems, methods, procedures, contract implementation, SOX compliance, risk mgmt, fraud, service abuse, revenue assurance, compliance with legal requests, compliance with federal and state taxing statutes, annoyance call complaints, bill reviews, postal analysis, vendor management, audit, production quality, data requests, etc.

Job Contribution:

• Senior analyst level position in Billing Operations.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, specialized skill training or certification may be required.

Experience:

• Requires 3-5 years experience.

Supervisory:

• No.
