  • Must work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month
  • Must work at least one (1) weekend shift per month
  • Must complete at least one (1) observed holiday shift per calendar year

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
• Enhance residents' quality of life through effective communication and meaningful interaction
• Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
• Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs as an on-call team member

What You'll Need:

• Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
