Privacy Analyst
Job Description

Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis on global privacy, data protection, and AI laws (e.g.,
GDPR, CPRA, LGPD, PIPL, DPDPA).

Execute and support DPIAs, PIAs, RoPAs, TIAs, and related privacy risk assessments.

Drive remediation of identified privacy risks, including tracking corrective actions, validating control
implementation, and supporting closure of findings.

Support integration of privacy controls into business processes, systems, and global initiatives in
alignment with privacy-by-design principles.

Drive the implementation and maintenance of privacy policies, notices, standards, and guidance
documentation.

Work closely with business units and functions to identify and resolve issues relating to personal data
processing across multiple jurisdictions.

Support regulatory compliance activities, including follow-ups, audits, and evidence preparation.

Assist with vendor and customer privacy due diligence, contractual privacy reviews, and incident
management.

Support global privacy initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Requirements
LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

Active license to practice law in India (preferred).
-
4-6 years of experience in privacy, data protection, technology law, or regulatory compliance.

Working knowledge of major global privacy laws.

Experience supporting multinational organizations.
-
Strong privacy technology knowledge, legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
-
Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
-
One or more Privacy certifications (such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM).
