Brand Manager, ON

We are hiring a Brand Manager for Optimum Nutrition (Creatine, Gainers & Caps/ Tabs) due to an internal rotation. As the Brand Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Full P&L ownership and delivery inclusive of IBP (integrated business planning), monthly reporting, trade management, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to drive towards targets and deliver results
• Monitor brand, competitive and category performance with syndicated data
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes/optimization to brand strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Develop and implement annual brand plans
• Develop and launch innovation in partnership with centers of excellence
• Partner with RGM to deliver PPA strategy and path to profitability
• Maximize revenue and profitability of assigned groups
• Navigate risks and opportunities to annual plans
• Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery
• Own the strategy and briefing process for new marketing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage 1 direct report (Assistant Brand Manager)
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and work with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders

Skills & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in CPG industry
• Passionate and knowledgeable about health & wellness
• P&L/budget management experience
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
