About us:

We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) law firm dedicated to assisting clients from low and middle income navigate the complicated system of family law. Our primary niche works with victims of domestic violence and in complicated child custody disputes, but overall, we work with people we want to work with. Right now we have one attorney and one legal assistant and we are looking for another attorney to round out the crew.

What you offer:

A detail oriented person who loves to pick out the misplaced comma or missing document from an email and yet loves to roll with the punches and is excited about the opportunity to join a new and growing business. A distain for working in Corporate America and punching a time clock. You have life experience and have a knack at calming people down who are angry, confused, scared and or tired. You aren’t interested in treating opposing counsel as your enemy, and will always (at least try) to put your feelings aside and get the job done as the client requests. You are a stickler for deadlines and detest when someone doesn’t do what they say they are going to do when they are tell you they are going to do it. Interests outside of the law.

Oh, and a Bar number from Illinois.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
