Chocolate Enrobing Operator / Chocolate Coating Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Chocolate Enrobing Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This role is responsible for coating nuts, fruits, and snack products with chocolate using enrobing equipment. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience and be able to operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate chocolate enrobing/coating equipment
- Maintain proper chocolate tempering and consistency
- Coat various products including nuts, fruits, and snack mixes
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting of production issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience with chocolate enrobing or coating equipment (required)
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering and handling
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of GMPs and basic HACCP principles
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred (Not Required):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
