Lead Maintenance
The Lead Maintenance position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring that equipment and facility infrastructure operate safely and efficiently. This role provides leadership to the maintenance team and supports continuous improvement initiatives in the production environment.-
-Key Responsibilities:-
-Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and trainees.-
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.-
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and hazardous material handling procedures.-
Coordinate with production and quality control teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.-
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.-
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.-
Qualifications:

Accredited high school diploma or GED required.

7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical processing or construction materials.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting.

Leadership experience with a track record of team development.

Understanding of industrial safety regulations and hazardous material handling.-
