Job SummaryThe Account Executive generates new residential real estate title/escrow business through contact with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and builders. This role also provides support to existing clients and manages a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices
- Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients
- Keep accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls and other appointments
- Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals or groups
- Be available for networking and real estate association events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of title experience
- 5 years sales experience in real estate related services
- College degree preferable

Salary
$60,000 plus Commissions
