Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly while managing check-in procedures with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer service efforts
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and professionallyQualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and filing systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette
