Lead Product Manager (Retail Media)

Epsilon
Chicago, IL

Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Retail Media Measurement Senior Product Manager is a strategic, data-driven individual that will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of forecasting, planning, measurement, and analytics products across our Retail Media ecosystem. This high-impact role will shape how advertisers understand, measure, and optimize their investments across onsite, offsite, and in-store media.

You will define and lead the measurement strategy that enables advertisers to make smarter, more confident decisions through cross-channel, closed-loop, and real-time analytics. Your mission is to build privacy-safe, scalable tools and frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes and elevate our position in the retail media space.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for retail media measurement, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
  • Evolve a unified measurement framework that spans all media channels and connects data across onsite, offsite, and in-store touchpoints
  • Lead product development from discovery through delivery, driving innovation in, real-time reporting, and cross-channel measurement. Specifically, development of forecasting models for media inventory, campaign performance, and revenue planning (e.g., ROAS, conversions, impressions)
  • Collaborate closely with other PMs to craft a cohesive measurement and campaign management strategy for both offsite and onsite
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and data science teams to improve media outcome prediction and campaign optimization
  • Partner with engineering, design, GTM, analytics, and ops teams to bring ideas to life with quality and speed
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, marketing methodologies, and campaign controls to ensure platform solutions are grounded in real advertiser needs
  • Build and refine APIs and interfaces that enable interoperability with internal tools and external ecosystems
  • Translate insights from competitive research, customer feedback, and product usage into actionable improvements
  • Champion the product narrative internally and externally, aligning partners and promoting our capabilities in market
  • Develop product documentation, use cases, and go-to-market materials that articulate the business value of our measurement capabilities
  • Prioritize initiatives using a balanced lens of strategic impact, technical feasibility, and customer value
  • Present roadmap and product outcomes to executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and strategic clients

Who You Are

    • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally within ad tech, martech, analytics, or measurement-focused platforms
    • Experience with retail media networks (RMNs) or CPG marketing technology
    • Have experience identifying proper critical metrics for the market and translating those needs into frontend self-serve analytic tools and advertiser-facing measurement dashboards
    • Deep understanding of digital media critical metrics, campaign measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, media mix modeling), and forecasting techniques
    • Validated experience collaborating with data science, AI/ML, or analytics teams
    • Customer-first approach: You thrive with translating ambiguous customer needs into well-defined product requirements
    • Knowledge of privacy and identity frameworks (e.g., first-party data, clean rooms, cookie deprecation)
    • Comfortable running cross-functional teams and navigating global collaboration across time zones
    • Clear communicator, with experience evangelizing products to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Familiar with tools such as SQL, JIRA, Tableau/Looker, Figma, or equivalent

Base Salary: $81,000 - $135,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
