About the Opportunity:

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team on 2nd or 3rd shift . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with state-of-the-art equipment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and packaging machinery.

• Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure efficient operation.

• Support production lines by responding quickly to maintenance issues to minimize downtime.

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.

• Follow all safety, GMP, and food quality standards.

• Accurately complete maintenance logs and documentation in the CMMS system.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience (food manufacturing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs .

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals .

• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and safe work practices.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
