Administrative Assistant

LaSalle Network is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and uplifting the community. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential to extend for the right fit. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential documentation
• Create and distribute communications using mail merge functions
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and internal coordination for ongoing programs
• Collaborate with a compassionate team serving community members in need

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• Housing or residential experience required
• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to reliability, discretion, and teamwork
• Availability to start immediately, full-time Monday–Friday
