Document Clerk (Elgin)

We are currently interviewing for lockbox roles in Elgin.

This role involves working with legal documents in a secure environment. Because of the secure environment, we can only provide limited details of this particular role. If you are selected to move forward in the process, more details can be given at that time. Job Description: Role reports to their lockbox (vault). This is a long term role within the Receivable Operations.

• Preparing work for digitation by extracting payments and documents from mailing envelopes

• Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing

• Operating high-volume document scanning machines while validating the quality of scanned images

Requirements: • At least 7 years of USA residence history

• Proof of US Citizenship – us birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, certificate of US citizenship or Naturalization (any of these)

• State Issued form of ID (ID/Driver's license) MUST BE VALID and not expired (SS Cards are not accepted)

• Data Entry skills • Ability to pass in-depth background check and credit worthiness

• Willing to work in a high security production environment while adhering to strict regulations including no cell phones/smart watches on production floor

• Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs

• No time off in first 90 days

• Marriage license must be produced if the name on Birth Certificate is different than that provided on photo id. (if married) Shifts Available/Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: M-F 7 am-3:30 pm ($20/hr)

• 2nd Shift: M-F 3:30 pm-12 am ($22/hr)

• 3rd Shift: S-Th 10:30 pm-7 am ($23/hr)

• Weekend Shift: Sat-Sun, 7am-5:30pm ($22/hr)
