Legal Secretary
Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team of an established law office in downtown Chicago!
Seeking someone with prior law firm experience, professionalism working with attorneys, and who is very organized and detail-oriented. In-Office role, 8:00 -4:30pm.- Open and manage new client matters (engagement letters, conflict checks, file setup).
- Support attorneys with calendar management, regulatory deadlines, and scheduling.
- Coordinate billing/time entry support and assist CFO workflows.
- Oversee document management and file organization (digital and physical).
- Track ongoing projects and ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage travel, conferences, and firm event logistics.
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor coordination.
