We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter - Bilingual ENTRY LEVEL to join our team! You will perform activities in recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and place new employees
- Implement company policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Spanish required
