Qualifications:
- Experience providing home services to seniors, OR enrollment/completion of a nursing or CNA program
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent independent decision-making ability
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- A Genuine Desire to Assist Others and Improve Their Quality of Life
- Compassionate, Patient, and Understanding of the Needs of Our Clients
- Assist with Personal Care: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
- Provide Companionship and Meaningful Conversation
- Prepare Meals and Assist with Feeding
- Perform Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Offer Medication Reminders (We Don’t Administer Medications)
- Escort Clients to Appointments or Errands
- Support Mobility & Home Safety
- Follow Individualized Care Plans & Document Activities
- Observe and Report Changes in Condition

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) a plus
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
- Must pass background screening
- A caring heart & commitment to exceptional care
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility assistance
- CNA or HHA certification
