GROUNDSKEEPING WORKER (37-3011.00 - LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDSKEEPING WORKERS) temporary, full-time Seasonal positions for May 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. Worksite: 12105 S Spaulding School Dr, Plainfield, Illinois, 60585 and multiple sites in Will, Dupage and Cook counties \ \Job Duties: Landscaping workers will perform a variety of landscape
and landscape maintenance duties, including installing mulch, plants, and shrubs, trimming bushes and shrubs, mowing lawns, blowing leaves, edging, and weeding. Installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.Requirements: No education, training or experience required.
Special Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50- lbs. Some OT
and weekends required. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor for up to 8 hours per day outside in all weather conditions (including rain, snow, cold and hot weather).Terms and conditions of employment: \$21.26 per hour. Overtime
available at \$31.89 per hour 35 hours/week, Mon-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM Employees will be paid Weekly on Friday Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. On the job training available.Other benefits provided and cost: Workers will begin each day at the
worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day. Employer will make all deductions required by law, and no others, without written consent from the worker. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing, if applicable, are as follows: If needed, optional benefits may be offered to the worker, for the workers sole benefit, including but not limited to Illinois retirement account info. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will reimburse
an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts.Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for
hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.Tools, protective clothing or other items: Theemployer will provide
