Primary Responsibility: The Therapy Aide supports therapeutic programming by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment and assisting therapeutic staff in the preparation and facilitation of pediatric treatment sessions. Under the direct supervision of licensed therapists and therapy leadership, the therapy aide helps implement treatment activities, supports group-based learning, and ensures equipment and spaces are appropriately prepared and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
This role is highly active, hands-on, and requires the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting children with neurological motor delays through structured group-based therapeutic programming.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Organization & Maintenance
· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all clinical and common areas throughout the day
· Ensure therapy spaces are set up and reset between sessions with all equipment returned to designated areas
· Clean and disinfect therapy tools and equipment after each use following infection control procedures
· Maintain floors, surfaces, and shared spaces to ensure a safe and accessible environment for participants and staff
Other Responsibilities include:
· Reception Area: clean, organized, and stocked with accessible cleaning supplies
· Family Waiting Room: tidy, organized, and welcoming
· Bathrooms: cleaned after each group session; floors mopped; supplies restocked; trash removed
· Classrooms: equipment reset to original placement; all used items disinfected; floors cleaned daily
· Corridors & Staff Office: vacuumed and maintained; staff desks cleaned daily
· Kitchen Area: cleaned, organized, and disinfected daily
Therapy Support
· Assist therapeutic staff with setup and breakdown of treatment activities and materials
· Prepare therapy resources and materials based on direction from clinical staff
· Support hands-on facilitation of therapeutic activities under direct supervision
· Assist participants with neurological motor delays during structured activities as directed by therapists
· Help maintain participant attention, engagement, safety, and regulation during group-based sessions
· Support group learning environments where children are encouraged to learn through peer interaction and guided facilitation
Team Collaboration & Operations
· Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure smooth transitions between sessions and activities
· Assist with inventory management and organization of clinical supplies as needed
· Support special events and center-wide initiatives as directed by leadership
· Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a consistent, safe, and organized environment

· Comfort supporting children with motor and developmental differences
· Willingness to engage in hands-on, movement-based therapy support
· Ability to follow direction closely from multiple clinical staff members

Pay Range: $15-18/hr
