- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and follow up regularly.
- Conduct personalized, needs-based insurance reviews to educate clients on coverage options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client goals, and recommend the right products.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and agency growth.

- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 90 days of hire
