Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Partially Remote Options Available)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who is motivated, client-focused, and aspires for long-term growth within the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strong practice, with the potential for leadership in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Stay current on changes in laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on various legal matters if desired.
- Participate in client consultations and case strategy development.
- (Optional) Opportunity to expand into other practice areas or bring an existing practice to the firm.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Competitive salary: base pay $100,000.00 plus bonus , commensurate with experience.
