The position is full-time. The position is temporary employment

Location of Employment: 111E Marquardt Drive, Wheeling, IL 60090 (Cook

Country). Some light travel required. Employer provides transportation to/from all job sites. All job sites are located in the following counties: Cook, Lake, Will and Dupage.

Position Duties: Fix all style wood windows. Perform temporary and

full-time job duties as follows: fix all style wood windows. Duties include: rebuilding custom wood sashes, sills and window frames. Create moldings. Remake wooden locks on the windows and adjust window frames. Perform water inspection. Prime, paint and match original stain. Apply caulking, silicone and other required substances. Perform defogging procedure if necessary. Clean up job site.

The minimum hourly wage is \$36.85, depending on experience, it may be

more. Overtime is possible at \$55.28, depending on experience it may be more. The wage equals the highest the prevailing wage or the Federal, State of local minimum wage.

Work hours: 8AM 4PM. Work week is Monday Friday. May require some

weekends.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be

paid every two weeks by check. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.

No min education or training is required. On-the-job training is

provided.

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)

to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, by check separate from payroll if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. In other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll. Upon completion of the work contract period, or where the employee is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa,

visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
