Line cooks at Kouklas will work directly under award-winning chefs and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen that values precision and pride.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work multiple stations as needed, including live-fire grill, sauté, cold line, and prep
• Cook over our custom 5-foot live-fire charcoal and wood grill, producing bold, Mediterranean-inspired flavors
• Follow all recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
• Communicate clearly with chefs, expeditors, and teammates during service
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Assist with prep, receiving, and proper storage of products
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook experience preferred (but strong work ethic and trainability matter most)
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-standards, high-volume kitchen
• Interest in live-fire cooking and traditional techniques
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and consistency
• Team-first mindset with a professional, positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
