We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restocker to join our team. The Restocker plays a crucial role in ensuring that our shops are fully stocked and organized, contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our fans. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Restock shelves, ingredients and products in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist with unloading shipments and organizing products for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and fan satisfaction.
- Trained in creating Legacy Recipes when needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Basic understanding of inventory management practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or stocking roles is preferred but not required.
