General Office Clerk
LaSalle Network is hiring a General Office Clerk to support an organization during an upcoming busy season. This temporary opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured office environment and is eager to contribute to an important local initiative.
Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and maintain organized records
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Sort, file, and manage physical and digital documents
Pack and move boxes of records for retention and storage
Assist with handling official registration materials and related administrative calls
Requirements:
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, professional, and able to work on-site in downtown Chicago
Comfortable lifting boxes or files occasionally
What’s in it for me?
Onsite, Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM
Compensation: $16.60/hr.
Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants have the option to enroll in benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Contract Duration: 4-5 months depending on business demand
