Customer Success Associate
WorldWise Recruiters is seeking a motivated and personable Customer Success Associate on behalf of our client in Chicago, IL . As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand—building relationships with customers, supporting account activations, and helping ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in retail settings, offering personalized support
Guide customers through service options, promotions, and enrollment
Deliver clear and professional communication to answer questions and resolve issues
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems
Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction
Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure retention and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
Organized, adaptable, and ready to learn
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in Chicago
