Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in our services and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing.
• Offer savings options by educating guests on our Wax Passes.
• Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
• Book and confirm phone and online reservations
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and issues
• Manage flow guests in and out of the center
• Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
• Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests
• Superb customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-Time or Part-time Education & Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Customer Service, Front Desk Receptionist, or Other Related Fields: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
