Special Education Case Manager

Special Education Case Manager We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide exceptional services to students in grades K-12. Under the guidance of the Special Education Program Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering individualized instruction, managing cases, and collaborating with general education staff to ensure every student's success. Responsibilities: + Manage and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) + Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff + Provide consultation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations + Maintain accurate documentation and case files Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred) + Valid state teaching certificate as required by state and district regulations + Minimum of one year teaching experience (preferred) + State Teacher Certification: Standard Elementary, Secondary, and Special Teaching (preferred) + Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) (preferred) + Compliance with all professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Position Details: + Modality: LBS1 - Case Management + Grade Level: Elementary + Caseload: Case management only + Schedule: 8:50 AM - 3:40 PM + Start Date: ASAP through end of school year If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to manage a dynamic caseload, apply today and help us create an inclusive learning environment for every student!
