Front of House Team Member – Job Description
Reports To: Front of House Manager / General Manager

Overview:
As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you are the face of our pizza restaurant! You’ll greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately and efficiently, and help create a warm, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Whether you’re behind the counter, answering phones, or running food to warmers, you play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer warmly and promptly

• Take quick service, carryout, and delivery orders accurately (in person and over the phone)

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house

• Give out packages/pizzas and beverages quickly and courteously

• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members

• Assist with restocking, folding boxes, and other prep tasks as needed

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and punctual

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
