Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations and ensure smooth order processing. This role involves resolving customer claims, supporting sales reps, and managing order entry through Oracle ERP. You’ll play a key role in closing out orders—some revenue-generating, others covered under extended warranties.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across sales, promotions, and installations
• Support outside sales representatives, especially in Tennessee
• Answer inbound calls (low volume) and manage email inbox
• Enter and close orders in Oracle ERP
• Investigate and resolve stuck orders
• Create improvement plans based on customer feedback
• Educate customers through company-wide initiatives

Qualifications

R equired:

• 2+ years of customer service and order entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Oracle preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and email communications

Preferred:

• Background in medical device or manufacturing industries
• Experience with SAP or Oracle
• Skills in Microsoft Excel or Power BI
• Familiarity with validating pricing and purchase orders

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle stress and multitask
• Highly detail-oriented and organized

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wood Dale, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
