Door-to-Door Canvasser

J Blanton Plumbing is hiring canvassers to support our residential service team. As one of the fastest growing residential plumbing companies in the nation, we are continuously expanding and creating new opportunities for advancement within the organization (growth creates opportunity).
This role is focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for free inspections by

• Canvassing assigned residential areas

• Speaking directly with homeowners
• Explaining current offers and services clearly
• Setting qualified appointments for inspections
• Tracking daily activity and results (performance drives income)

Compensation

• $25/hour base pay
• Weekly commission (uncapped)
• $1500 sign-on bonus (Clear requirements paid out bi-weekly)
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Earning Potential

This is a process-driven role:

• Book free line inspections for homeowners
• Work in neighborhoods where J Blanton Plumbing is well known and trusted
• Follow a structured approach that we train you on from day one

You are not selling a product at the door. Your responsibility is to generate interest and set qualified appointments (this is lead generation, not closing).
Reps who maintain consistent activity levels and follow the system see predictable results week over week (simple system, repeatable results).

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional (consistency wins here)
