Enrollment Specialist

LaSalle Network is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-impact pharmacy operations team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented, licensed Pharmacy Technicians who thrive in solving problems and streamlining patient care. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring new enrollments are processed accurately, insurance eligibility is verified quickly, and pharmacy claims are resolved without delay.

Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Enter new patient enrollment data into pharmacy operation systems with speed and accuracy

• Submit eligibility requests using available portals to determine insurance coverage

• Investigate and resolve rejected pharmacy claims for both new and refill patients

• Document all actions, findings, and steps taken throughout the enrollment process

• Collaborate with admissions, pharmacy teams, and business partners to expedite referrals

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Enrollment Specialist Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in pharmacy-related data entry

• 1+ year experience submitting pharmacy claims and resolving rejections

• Knowledge of medical insurance processes

• Active Pharmacy Technician License (required)

• National Technician Certification (preferred)

• Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy

• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
