As a Commercialization Project Manager , you’ll lead high-visibility initiatives that take products from concept to full-scale production. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across the globe, influence senior leadership decisions, and help shape the future of a rapidly evolving brand. This is a long-term contract role offering significant exposure to international markets, complex product launches, and enterprise-level operations .

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products, line extensions, packaging updates, cost-optimization initiatives, and manufacturing network changes, ensuring successful and timely market launches.
• Serve as the central point of leadership across global cross-functional teams, partnering with Marketing, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Finance, Packaging Engineering, and Supply Chain to align priorities and execute flawlessly.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects on track.
• Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are met and resources are aligned to deliver business-critical initiatives.
• Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including progress, risks, and recommended solutions to maintain momentum.
• Support and enhance structured commercialization processes, contributing ideas and improvements that increase efficiency and execution excellence.
• Evaluate initiative readiness and help guide key business decisions by assessing feasibility, timing, and operational impact.
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Contribute to special strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as the organization continues its global expansion.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, product launch, or related function
• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development, manufacturing, or supply chain initiatives
• Experience presenting project updates and influencing stakeholders is strongly preferred
