Field Service Tech
- Repair of customer equipment either in-house or at customer facilities throughout North America.
- Installation of robotic welding equipment at customer facilities throughout North America.
- Customer Support at customer facility of new and used equipment
- Basic Robot Programming support during and after robot system installations.
- Address customer concerns about their equipment and report such concerns and possible resolutions to the appropriate parties
- Customer training on how to correctly operate and maintain their equipment
- Preventative maintenance on robotic welding equipment either in-house or at customer facilities throughout North America.
- Calibration of robotic welding equipment either in-house or at customer facilities throughout North America.
- In-house assembly and testing of new and used equipment.
- In-house customer service and/or support via telephone, SMS and e-mail.
- Robotic System assembly
- Open to 70% travel
