Travel RN - Pre/Post Op 5 8hr Days REQ36785345
- Pay Rate: Up to $55/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Complete patient assessment reflecting patient condition and document data in EPIC.
-Recognize normal and abnormal findings and notifies physician appropriately.
-Establish plan of case for patient and set goals.
-Establish IV on patients over 8 years old and practices 5 rights for made action administration for all patients.
-Participate in time out process with OR RN.
Required Experience:
-Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.
Required Certifications:
-BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
-ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
-NIHSS Certification
