Schedule for the Patient Coordinator
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator
- 2+ years of dental or medical receptionist experience is required
- Eaglesoft Experience Preferred
- Answer phones and address inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer service Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using the patient management software
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm and remind them of their appointments
- Understand and process RX through the patient management software
- Assist with the coordination of patient records and paperwork
- We are a fee for service office so we file claims on patient’s behalf so they received reimbursement- understanding and communicating that to patients is important.
