Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, including new installations, regular servicing, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Install new production equipment.
• Service and maintain equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related machinery.
• Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
• Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with the production team and maintain a clean work area.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including sensors and servo systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Exposure to PLC systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, relay, controls, and overloads.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Advanced PLC proficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
