Help us keep people safe, production steady, and energy use efficient. You’ll be the go-to expert for critical utilities and controls—ensuring our stationary equipment runs safely and reliably while elevating system performance.

Your impact

• Own safe operations across boilers; ammonia and Freon-based chillers; compressed air; glycol loops; AHUs and air handling; hot oil; fire protection; and wastewater systems.
• Conduct required inspections, document findings, and promptly alert management to any deviations.
• Complete preventive maintenance and manage service calls from intake to resolution.
• Optimize parameters and controls via BAS (pneumatic and electronic) to balance safety and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records of spare parts and consumables (gaskets, chemicals, pumps, and more).
• Engage in continuous learning to sustain licensure and master new technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 4+ years of related experience.
• Current Stationary Engineer license (proof of certification required).
• Proficiency with building automation systems and both pneumatic and electronic controls.
• Demonstrated knowledge of boiler systems, ammonia/Freon chillers, air compressors, glycol and AHU cooling, fire protection, air handling, wastewater, and hot oil systems.

Physical requirements and environment

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, ladder/lift climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling in confined spaces; frequent hand use; ability to communicate and hear.
• Occasional sitting; ability to lift and move more than 50 lbs.
• Close and color vision used regularly.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather and electrical shock risk.
• Loud factory setting with potential exposure to hazardous materials and slick or greasy floors.

Pay Range (USD): $36.00 – $47.00
