Job Description:

The Junior Account Manager will support customer accounts by processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication with clients. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role with clear advancement into a full Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer sales orders into the system.
• Provide order updates and resolve client inquiries.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
• Complete account updates, documentation, and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 months–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (corporate or non-corporate).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and interested in long-term career growth.
