Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
Bright Minds Consulting LLC. is seeking a full-time, dedicated and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering ethical, individualized ABA therapy while supporting strong clinical outcomes for clients, families, and staff.

Position Summary
The BCBA will oversee a focused caseload of 8–10 clients while providing clinical leadership, supervision, parent collaboration, and staff development. This position requires strong communication skills, clinical decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), graduate students, and interdisciplinary providers.
The BCBA will report directly to the Director of Clinical Services and/or CEO and will play a critical role in maintaining ethical, high-quality ABA services aligned with BACB standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Services
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, program updates, and ongoing data analysis
- Bill a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week
- Ensure all clinical services are individualized, ethical, and outcome-focused
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Supervision & Staff Development
- Supervise each assigned client and each assigned RBT at least once per week
- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to clinical staff
- Provide fieldwork supervision to graduate students pursuing BCBA certification
- Ensure supervision practices align with BACB supervision requirements and ethical standards
- Collaborate with leadership regarding clinical quality, staffing, and client outcomes
- Family Collaboration
- Meet with each client’s family a minimum of twice per month for parent collaboration and caregiver training
- Maintain strong communication with caregivers regarding treatment progress, goals, and recommendations
- Collaborate professionally with other therapy providers, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams when appropriate
- Leadership & Communication
- Meet weekly with the Director of Clinical Services and/or CEO
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical planning discussions
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Support a collaborative and positive clinical culture
Qualifications Required
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential OR willingness to obtain Illinois licensure immediately upon hire
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical ABA experience
- Minimum of 2 years supervising clinical staff
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or graduate students pursuing BCBA certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
Preferred
- Experience in home-based and/or clinic-based ABA services
- Experience supporting parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Experience with electronic medical records and data collection systems
