Executive Administrative Assistant

Skowron Eye Care is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative. We are hiring a highly organized, detail-obsessed Executive Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and protect the owner’s time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, follows systems precisely, and takes ownership of results. The Clerical Staff/Administrative Support will play a key role in maintaining documentation accuracy, meeting coordination, and administrative continuity across project activities.
Requirements
Extreme attention to detail
Strong multitasking and organization skills
Excel proficiency (tracking, lists, basic formulas)
Professional written and verbal communication
Familiarity with social media platforms or basic online tools is helpful but not required
Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks
Ability to multi-task with various programs and learn new programs as required
Must have meticulous attention to detail, along with the ability to comprehend difficult tasks
Capable of responding to stress in a fast-paced environment
Affable and enthusiastic attitude toward teamwork
