Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a customized supply chain solutions company, is seeking a driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and service excellence in a high-volume distribution environment. This role blends hands-on leadership with process improvement, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift (12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
? $55,000 – $65,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, safety, and service goals.

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound operations, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.

• Monitor order accuracy, minimize product damage, and enforce housekeeping and safety standards.

• Support hiring, training, performance management, and career development of warehouse associates.

• Partner cross-functionally with logistics, safety, and operations teams to align on best practices.

• Implement process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.

• Utilize WMS and reporting tools to track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and recommend solutions.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies while promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with reporting/metrics tools.

• Previous forklift operator certification or experience; 3PL or logistics background strongly preferred.

• Ability to lead diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster employee engagement and retention.

• Experience managing performance to KPIs and driving accountability at all levels.

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted shifts as business demands.

• Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environments and perform hands-on support when needed.
