Senior Account Executive

DubClub Sales Team Member

You will be a founding member of the Sales team working to bring new partners ("Cappers") to the platform. As an early team member, you will be responsible for accelerating DubClub's revenue by executing our outbound sales motion. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.

Your role involves owning the entire process of winning new business for DubClub. You will be responsible for ensuring that DubClub maintains a vibrant funnel of leads, prospects, opportunities, and recently "won" new accounts. You will deeply understand partner needs and requirements, communicating DubClub's product offerings so partners can understand how their business will grow with DubClub.

You will develop sales infrastructure, creating and establishing foundational sales playbooks and scripts that standardize and elevate our sales efforts, ensuring consistency and scalability in our processes. Leverage AI and CRM tools to drive efficient systems that delight prospects and customers. Partner with the GTM and Product teams to communicate potential customer needs; bring in partner specialists to a sales deal as needed; set partners up for success.

Advocate for product roadmap on behalf of customers. Be an evidence-driven partner advocate based on intel from the industry. Influence product roadmap towards solving pain that will help win more new business, create marketplace stickiness, and lead the DubClub ecosystem into new frontiers solving problems for our partners.

Location & Compensation

• This role is based at the DubClub HQ in Chicago, IL (The Loop). We currently have a hybrid model where we ask the team to come in the office 2-3x/week.
• The OTE range for this role is: $200-$220k + stock options + benefits, etc. Please note that this range can be flexible for the right candidate.
