Palliative Care - Advanced Practice Provider

Carle Health is seeking a  Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Palliative Care team at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois

 

Opportunity Details:

• In-patient and ambulatory setting, including general palliative care clinic, oncology-embedded palliative care clinic, and virtual visits
• Carle Palliative Care is a dynamic and expanding specialty palliative care service looking to serve patients and families as well as empower and educate providers for high-quality primary palliative care across the Bloomington-Normal and Eureka service area
• Bloomington-Normal offers excellent educational, healthcare and housing options and provides an ideal setting for personal and professional satisfaction for the single person or family

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
