Consulting functional lead oracle cloud and licensing
Job Description
Key responsibilities include influencing customer leadership to gain acceptance of Oracle solutions and services, contributing to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staffing plans, as well as presenting and demonstrating proposed solutions to customers. The role also involves building and maintaining a professional network and staying current with industry and product knowledge.
Additional responsibilities:

Lead the development and design of detailed solutions for non-routine, complex projects.

Anticipate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies to the project manager.

Resolve complex customer issues by recommending appropriate solutions.

Demonstrate expertise across multiple business processes and product families, and possess the ability to architect integrated technology solutions.

Recommend enhancements to Oracle methodologies and leading practices.

Serve as a key point of contact for industry and technology trends, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.

Identify and recommend new professional development resources for the consulting organization.

Support communication and adoption of new and existing policies and procedures within the consulting practice.

Lead solution design and articulate Oracle's solution value proposition to influence both sales teams and customers.

Clearly communicate the benefits, risks, and viability of proposed solutions to support win strategies and leadership buy-in.

Identify opportunities for upselling and proactively position consultants for project roles.

Ensure smooth transition of deal knowledge to implementation teams, and provide domain-specific leadership for integrated solution design.

Responsibilities
Qualifications:

8-10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of consulting experience
-
Experience in infrastructure solutions, business process analysis and multi-dimensional issue resolution

Prior team lead or manager experience
-
5 years relevant experience with Public Sector Permitting, Licensing and Code Enforcement

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
