Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist for our night shift (7pm to 7am) who is highly familiar with advanced quality inspection equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, gathering and analyzing data, and ensuring that products meet the specifications outlined in control plans. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing nonconforming materials and implementing corrective actions. You will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspection: Operate and maintain advanced inspection equipment such as CMM, vision systems, and other precision measuring tools to verify product conformity.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze inspection data to identify trends and discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management and production teams.
• Control Plans: Ensure all inspection processes align with the established control plans and contribute to process optimization.
• Nonconforming Materials: Identify, document, and manage nonconforming materials. Work closely with other departments to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting: Provide detailed reports of quality inspection results, including statistical analysis, to assist in decision-making and process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts by participating in root cause analysis, process audits, and defect reduction activities.
